Warranty and Support

Your product is warranted by DBG Group Investments LLC ("DBG") of 5420 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Dallas TX 75240, USA to the original purchaser to be free from any defect in design, materials or workmanship (excluding the other specific items listed) for the period shown below.
If within the applicable warranty period the product proves to be defective by reason of faulty design, materials or workmanship DBG undertakes via ActivTek Environmental ("ActivTek") - it's Netherlands distributor, (subject to the following conditions) to have the defective product (or any part or parts thereof) repaired or, at ActivTek's discretion, replaced free of charge.
1. Product shall have been purchased and used solely for normal purposes and in accordance with standard operating instructions and the technical and/or safety standards required in the country where the product is to be used.
2. The product must be returned together with a copy of this warranty and proof of purchase promptly on being found defective, at the purchaser's risk and expense, to the authorised dealer from whom the product was purchased or to the nearest authorised service dealer. All enquiries must be through such dealers or to ActivTek Environmental (the Netherlands distributor), the details of which are given at the bottom of this warranty.
3. This warranty shall not apply to damage caused through fire, accident, mis-use, wear and tear, neglect, incorrect adjustment or repair, to damage caused through installation, adaption, modifications, or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with the technical and/or safety standards required in the country where this product is used, or to damage occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
4. If at any time during the warranty period any part or parts of the product are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by ActivTek, or of a quality safe and suitable for the product, or the product has been dismantled or repaired by a person not authorised by ActivTek, the purchaser shall not be entitled to any rights and/or remedies under this warranty.
5. The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty against ActivTek is for the repair, or at ActivTek's discretion, the replacement of the product or any part or parts of the product and no other remedy, including, but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damage or loss of whatsoever nature, shall be available to the purchaser.
6. Any repaired or replaced product or part of a product shall be warranted to the original purchaser only for the length of the unexpired portion of the warranty.
7. If a product is returned for repair after the warranty period or has suffered damage that is not covered by this warranty, ActivTek Environmental may effect a repair for a reasonable charge, and the purchaser will be advised of the cost before ActivTek Environmental proceeds with the repair.
8. Any product or defective part of a product which has been replaced shall become the property of ActivTek.
9. ActivTek's decision on all matters relating to complaints and to products returned under this warranty shall be final.
This warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers. This is the only warranty that applies to this product in the Netherlands.
